You need to pulley up or you'll be meeting chip soon, a ubend will not be enough your gonna need a downpipe but even then I doubt you'll be kr free

rockers, with headers , or plog and 3 inch dp and then maybe you'll be kr free with out a tune. buy a tuner and you can cut timing till it stops knocking so that asshole chip dont show up and ruin the party.

Plog and downpipe should be alright with a tune.

just about everyone agrees headers flow better, and are cheaper then a dp plog combo.

they all do, as well as the egr.

if you need a cat, ebay sells a 3 inch cat for 50 bucks. clamp or get it welded in.

3" dp with stock manifolds will be fine. I'm assuming you already have an intake, colder plugs and a tstat. If you still have knock, you may need more mods.

ive seen over 9 degrees of knock retard in my 2005 at full throttle. Im running a 3.6 pulley, headers, intake, colder plugs and I have an Overkill PCM on the way. however, I noticed a few days ago the #2 coil post is rusty. Im hoping once I replace the coil my KR goes down a bit since the #2 spark plug will fire like its support to.
