You are pulling each piece seperately, which isn't outlined in the thread. follow the thread to nearly a T and you can have a motor swap done in say 6-8 hours first time out.

I've bought so many JY motors it's silly. Out of probably 50+ I had one bad one, and they treated me right on that one when I called and nicely mentioned it.
