the problem started when you didnt take the starter off and leave the wires on it before you pulled the engine, then all that would be left are grounds.
I know im frustating evryone today. I tried remvong that black cable and adding to the trans bolt. The trans bolt it too wide for the eye to fit. Which means it never went there..i hate this sh*t right now
it should go on the threaded stud on the trans bolt, its a smaller eye then the bolt its self.
Well at least you didn't forget the rear knock sensor pigtail. That was ridiculous to install after everything was done
Nope im positive it doesnt fit there, its too small.
let me get into a bit of detail of whats led me here. This morning i saw an 04 gp at the yard it had the starter and neg ground still connected in so id thought id be a good idea to take pics just to make sure i got cable right later:th_shakinghead1: here they are(not my car)
front of starter. See that black cable? its connected here.

I also took pics of the rear
all i can say is to follow that wire, if it leads to the neg battery it dont belong there.
It doesnt. It keeps going to two snesors on engine then to one in ac compressor and the other is the abs sensor for the passenger side.
un hook your battery then make all your wires right, then hook up the battery, should only be a small spark when the last terminal touches the battery.
Sarted it up didnt crank the first few times said reduced battery power it turned on and sounded like a motorcycle then turned off
not sure what that all means.
Is it supposed to sound clean the first time it turns on it would stay on if i keot the key turned..
so it runs? i think your to excited to type lol
its got coolant, tranny fluid and oil in it right?
It turns on but sounds like a harley and shakes really hard...any chance youd like to hear it i can gladly give out my number
double check the plug wires, its easy to cross one up.
Theyre in the right place
you swapped the rear exhaust manifold didnt ya? you take the spark plugs out when you did that? if not good chance they are cracked.
I put the one from my old engine onto this one i bought new spark plugs what do you mean by cracked?
you tag a plug with the manifold they can crack, then misfire. when did the new plugs get put in?
