Are the s/c cylinder heads and N/A heads the same and/or interchangeable?
I have the 00' Buick GS and 01' LS, i wanna know if the cylinder heads are interchangeable
Correct me if im wrong, but i think the bottom end of both motors are the same

No, they're not the same. L36 heads dont have injector holes in them, L67 heads have holes for the injectors in them.
