How do I install new lifters on 2000 GP SE ?

3100 or 3800? Either way you remove the lower intake manifold and valve covers to do it.

There is a YouTube video called something like LIM and Lifters in 37 minutes. I think it's on an 04 GTP but should get you set up.

As far as costs, apparently you can't buy OEM lifters, but aftermarket ones are relatively cheap. The expensive part is all the gaskets you should replace.
