Actually, it is.
First, you would make the graphic. Okay, that part is easy.
But then you have to modify the CSS that determines the layout of every object on the page. Then you have to verify that it's placement doesn't mess up the placement of other objects since some of them use other objects as placeholders and some will push off the borders of the browser. It's existence can totally hose a great number of things, depending on the way the page is constructed.
The alternative is you click 'Thread Tools' at the top of the thread and choose 'Subscribe to this thread'. No code changes required.
