Ya, a local forum im a member of as it to where you have to make 50 post before you can post in the For sale and you HAVE to post in the intro before you can post ANYWHERE else in the site! It has cut near to ALL the spam out!

That's a good idea but they were posting in other areas so that might not completly stop the spam. I do think something is being done and thats cool but I don't think they have to post a message telling everybody what they are doing.
