I am brand new and the Introduction Forum link does not work. Where do I go to start???

I'm a new member and have same problem if i used the link that in box at top center of any page. the ink is incorrect
http://www.grandprixforums.net//intr...oob-questions/ but the link from the menu works http://www.grandprixforums.net/forum...Noob-Questions
