Thread: Selling turbo swapped 2000 gtp

Selling my 2000 gtp all the info is in the CL ad. Really wanting a 240sx PRICE IS OBO.

I am deciding to sell my 2000 turbo gtp coupe, because ive decided to look into other platforms. This is my 2nd turbo swapped gtp, 4th gtp, Ive been in the w-body scene a long time.
I installed everything myself the correct way, nothing janky, all works great, currently running 7psi safe tune for everyday driving, it is my daily and ive had no issues with it, drives great.
Car doesnt burn or leak any oil, doesnt smoke. Everything works as it should oil and filter changed every 2.5k miles with mobile 1 full synthetic oil 5w-30, needs nothing mechanically. Heat and A/C work, all lights/ gauges work normal.
Car has 142,500 miles on the body, miles will go up as it is my daily car. Paint is in good shape for its year, but it is almost 14 years old so it has some scratches and a few dings but nothing major at all, just on the front bumper,
paint is chipping a bit, a new one is cheap new or at a junk yard, it didnt bug me so I never bothered to buy a new one.
Tires have about 85% tread all around, stock wheels (polished torqe stars) in decent shape.
Tons of spare parts will come with the car if choosen. spare complete block (L36), heads, stock injectors, starter, upper and lower intake mannys, valve covers, SC cover, plug wires, alter. etc


Here are some things it does need eventually:
-A/C recharged.
-Brake pads(in the next couple months).
-upgraded exhuast, the stock one has a SMALL exhuast leak.
-Heat-wrap the turbo downpipe.

-L67 engine and trans with 96k miles (took out of a buddies car)

-L36 upper and lower intake mannys
-Aluminum coolant elbow upgrade
-L36 Throttle body
-ZZP modded fuel rail (black)

-ZZP manual boost controller
-Precision 6262 billet wheel turbo ($1000) will support 600-650whp
-ZZP front plog
-ZZP turbo crossover
-TaiL wastegate

-CX Racing large front mount intercooler
-CX Racing 2.5" intercooler pipping
-Brand new ZZP oil feed and return system kit
ALL engine gaskets have been replaced, all new fluids during build, everything has less then 2k miles!
Have receipts for zzp items, turbo kit was peiced together off of various forums.
Car is on 7psi, horsepower is in the low 300s at the wheels, capable of over 600whp with a few more mods.

yes, the plan was to build it after winter, but ive decided I want to get into a differently platform. and insurance is getting expensive in MI for me on this car. surprisingly a 240 coupe is cheaper...

yes I did, and had a cert. mechanic check everything, his name is Andrew schnicke (hes a GTP god here in MI)

Not out to scam or rip people off in anyway, the car runs and drives like a dream on 7psi. tranny shifts great.

insurance expensive? I spend 800 a year for full coverage....

Lots of people know Andrew on the forum. Always helps to name drop. Z3 or Z7 kit?

A lot of people link to CL but it's preferred that you do the writeup in the forum also.

Little high on the price IMO but with a built trans would be a fun ride. GLWS

I have points on my lic. and im on my own insurance plan. i pay 500 every six months so 1000/yr. plus 100 in membership renuwal with AAA

ha yeah, he is the gtp guru here in west MI, and as well as turbo set ups

I am VERY familiar with his work.. As far as GP mechs go, there is none better...
