Proceed with caution. Something shady here...
Worst transaction ever. We agreed on a price shipped, and I promptly sent payment. He strung me along for 3 weeks. Blatantly lied to me twice about having already shipped it. Finally shipped when I requested a refund.
On top of that, he sent it postage due. I had to pay the mailman $6 to get my package.
I'm also fairly certain, what he shipped isn't what he had pictured. Do these look the same?

I had a guy not ship for 5 days after his agreed on ship day. PayPal is your friend, you get what you agreed to or you get your money back. File a claim on PayPal, don't wait.
My PayPal claim took a week to solve.
I filed a claim against a mail order place with my credit card company and it is going to take 2 months total.

I have also had issues with this seller. I bought the cluster from him two weeks ago and I have still not received it. We have exchanged multiple PM's and he told me last week that he shipped it but when i asked him for a tracking number he will not reply. Pretty soon i will be requesting a refund to get my money back.

I too also had a sketchy transaction with him, OP shows tail lights sold, so I'm wondering if another member actually got them. Anyways, he had tail lights for sale asked him for a pic he sent a poor lit pic of them on his couch I said can I get a few better ones, he sent back one this time on the floor poorly lit lol so I said f it I'll buy them. Sent him 80$ few days go by didn't hear from him so I msg him he said oh yeah, the guy at ups dropped one when he was shipping it n it cracked so I didn't feel comfortable selling them to you. I said ok, (didn't really believe him) said he'd refund me that night, said he had to PayPal from 7-11 which I have no idea you can paypal there but I said w. E then a day goes by no word no refund said hey man never received a refund he said my bad I'll do it tonight. Got it a few days later. Was 77$ n change I was like I sent you 80 he said Yeah paypal takes a fee. So I just dropped the conversation with him cos I was like How's it my fault that I should eat the 2$ on something you didn't even ship. But I just said I won't even ask lol. Long story short, I don't even think he had any intention on selling the items or if he even really had them
