Have the following stuff for sale, pick up only in Pottstown, PA. Will also sell everything all together including the car (Black 4 door, rockers are rusted out and windshield is cracked) for $1000 firm. Have title but I would want it transferred out of my name before you take the vehicle.
- Both the inner panels and the outer skin for the rocker panels on a four door 1997 - 2003 Pontiac Grand Prix and, I think should also fit: 2000 - 2005 Chevy Impala & Lumina. BRAND NEW, Bought to fix my car and ended up going a different route.
Part numbers for the Inner Rocker Panels are:
12458992 (Right Hand Side)
12458991 (Left Hand Side)
The outer rocker panels were from ebay and are for a 1997 - 2003 Grand Prix, I can't guarantee they will work for the chevy models but they should.
Asking $380 for everything, from what I gather you can't find the inner rocker panels anymore.
- Used Transmission for sale, bought from Chuck's Auto Salvage in PA last year. (Have used them multiple times for customer cars and NEVER had an issue with any of their used engines or transmissions) Never installed in my car. Mileage was about 80,000 when they pulled. This is for a 1998 Pontiac Grand Prix 3.8L NON-Supercharged.
You will need to use your old speed sensor (this one broke at some point).
Looking for $300
- Engine & Transmission from a 2003 Chevy Impala. 3.8L N/A. Motor had headgasket and reconditioned heads replaced at 105,000 miles. Bottom end went out just a couple thousand miles later and had a new GM block installed. Then about at 115,000 the car was T-Boned at an intersection and totaled. I pulled the motor and trans out and installed in my 98 Grand Prix only to find that the transmission wouldn't work. So motor has roughly 10,000 miles on it and transmission about 115,000. Still in the grand prix so you can hear it run before I pull it. Looking for $850 for the pair.
