I have 2 spare sets of ported heads. One was a custom build for a customer who backed out. The other is a set I finished in my spare time between work.

Both pairs have at least the following work

>Head casting cleaned and checked
>Cleared for 550 lift & with new seals installed
>Exhaust runners reshaped, polished and opened up throughout
>Exhaust bowls blended and polished
>Intake entrance gasket matched
>injector bosses taken down
>Intake runner reshaped and opened up throughout
>Both side short turns reworked
>Primered and painted with high temp engine Enamel

The better 1 of the 2 pairs has

>Polished combustion chambers
>Intake bowls reshaped
>Intake bowls blended and polished



This set was built for a guy who backed out. They can be had bare with new 510 Viton valve seals for $400 + shipping. If you would like, I can reinstall new 105 or 130# valve springs with new Manley lightweight retainers for the cost of parts. Please remember these are cleared for 550. If you are running a larger cam, I will have to mill to guides down for you.








The second pair, Same deal. I've been using these to practice port designs. they have taken numerous trips to the flow bench with very good results. These are similar but have polished CC's and blended intake bowls. Asking 500 bare.

That's a good Idea. I could definitely help a lot for the guys who want some quick horses with a dremel. Plus, I'll be porting heads more, & available to do work.

I'm sure there are a lot of people that haven't done heads because they don't want to pay 1000+ to a vender. Don't you have some flow numbers too?

230+ CFM on the intake. The old exhaust design did high 180's. I'm expecting a fairly decent gain for the new exhaust design shown in pics. I got the bench booked for 2 weeks out, so time will tell. The numbers are all with stock valves and cleaned up factory valve job.

I'm deliberating on installing 1.9 rockers instead of the xp cam I have because I am lazy and dont want to install the cam. will there be any issues running 1.9 rockers on your heads?

Not at all, but with the exhaust duration of an XP cam, it would behoove your powerband to pair them with the cam.
