I would like to provide a powder coating service for forum members. Examples of what I coat are, fuel rails, brackets, pulleys, valve covers (metal only), springs, brakes, and wiper blades. I can basically coat anything metal.

    Requirements
-anything plastic must be removable (oven reaches 400 degrees)
-bearings must be removable (due to sandblasting)
-If you can get it mailed to me i can blast it size isn't a problem.
-If you want brakes done I want them broke down no pistons or seals

I can do any color you want ,gloss, chrome, anodized, etc the process will be burn off oven, sand blast, and coatings.

**PRICE** This will depend on what color and finish you want I can promise it will be very reasonable, just pm me and I will quote you a price.

Here are some parts I did for my car.
Fire engine red (exaple price for fuel rail $40 or below)

Anodized aluminum silver (example price for all these parts below excluding lim would be $150 or below)

    Location, Brookville Indiana

Subbed as I've got a few things. Keep this thread bumped like once a week. I'll have everything I need coated around end of month.

You should ask for the parts to be cleaned or degreased before they ship them to you. It's probably better to not have any residue or possile contaminants in the oven.

Do your burn off after blasting to remove any oils, then coat.

Went thru all this today actually, doing a 75 kawi frame, was told it's all clean but still had to degrease and power wash it.

Just trying to save you time and headaches.

And don't forget to mention that if it's already powdered it needs to be stripped, extra cost for that.

greasy or dirty is fine, ill just get it clean with MEK, usually just burn off before I sand blast so i dont contaminate aluminum oxide if i have to ill burn off again and its no big deal if i have to strip the powder it comes off easy if i burn it off around 900 degrees but your right it will cost a little more to strip it ovens dont heat for free gotta keep it under 1200 tho if its aluminum.

I was thinking of having the calipers match the color of my car which is Light Tarnished Silver Metallic. Also would it be cheaper if I already had the calipers and brackets sandblasted?

find what color matches best, most of the cost goes towards the powder, im already doing it as cheap as i can, id prefer to do the blasting myself so i know there wont be any impurities and its done right. If you want me to do it in the anodized aluminum color ill do it for 40 a caliper including brackets, thats dirt cheap.

Oh sh1t lol. There's a ton of different silvers. I'll look into it because I'm sure the color swatches listed looked different in real life
