Thanks.. I found an air filter box here... so All I really need is the intake tube ... part from air box to TB...... Would you be willing to part with that... It's not too big so shipping would be minimal....

that depends on what year box you got, 97 box is different then a 01 box.


this is the box and air tube i have.

if you need the one i have you can have it for the cost of shipping. i have no need for it.

yup same as my 98 box. i hate that dumb intake lol but im keeping it. i have all my old stock parts, not something i want to get rid of. i did wind up with two 01 boxes tho.

Fisher580 ..... If its the airbox with the intake tube that goes to the TB for a 97 GTP that is perfect, there would be no question it will work...
This all started when I moved to California with a couple of cars including my son's 97 GTP that he had changed to a cold air intake...
You can not pass Cali SMOG with that !!!! Has to be the factory original intake or a small number of approved aftermarket kits... We need to change it bake to pass SMOG....... Thanks.....

Great !! The picture looks right and it has the intake tube..... mine is a 97 GTP.... it looks like what I remember being in there before we changed it out for cold air intake...... do you know that it will fit the GTP ? Otherwise, I will take it ....... I live in Cali, zip is 95376... Can you get a cost for shipping ?
