I was asked if I still make and sell intercoolers and is my intercooler better than ZZP. I'd love to tell you I have empirical proof but I don't. I use similar core size with a slightly higher Finn count per inch and the coolant lines are 3/4" diameter compared to 5/8". The phenolic makes the supercharger much cooler to the touch even after long drives. I route the bypass air through the intercooler so as you are moving you are continuously cooling your bypass air which is continuous cooling the supercharger.
*Phenolic Intercoolers have working PCV on stock LIM's.
*I don't recommend using gaskets, just use RTV. This gives the best sealing and the lowest install height.
