I do not have gen 5 to N*
I have a few G5 to N* left if you need one for duplication purposes.
edit, nvm I went back thru the entire tread to try and find actual temp drops and noticed you have a TB adapter like mine but with a nipple on the side.

I may be interested in a 1" phenolic spacer for a Gen 5. I would like it to be opened with the same rectangular hole as your other plates so it matches with my LIM and supercharger. I do not need bolts. Is this something you would be interested in making? If so, what would the cost be? Thank you
I can make spacers to order up to 1.50" thick. $175 shipped USA no bolts.
And they work great in Fiero's too. Thanks Ed, outstanding product.
I may be purchasing a gen 3 setup from a member. He purchased it 1.5-2 years ago and has never been used. Have you made updates since then?
Yes, new style intercooler is a little thicker 2-1/4". The older intercooler is 2". New style is the biggest baddest thing out there and it has working PCV.
Can not convert old style to new style.
Do u have a gen v intercooler? And possibly a gen v to ls1 throttle body adapter?
I have a gen 5 intercooler but only adapter I have is for gen 5 supercharger to l67 throttle body.
Pm'd u
Gen 3 intercooler w/ bolts $554
Gen 5 intercooler w/ bolts $554
Pulley Pulley $80 (rental $40 back) fits in flat rate envelope for $6 return shipping.
L67 throttle body to N* with working PCV $80 w/bolts, gasket fitting.
All prices include shipping to USA PayPal as friend or add 4%

I purchased the first version the IC core from a member here weeks ago (he had this sitting around for years/pieced together a full kit over the years but never installed) Got around to it today and this is what I find. Is the glue normal? I know the bent fin is not but is this going to be an issue? Leak?? Not to mention the dowl pin mark on the material (I can get by with that) but the IC core I am worried about. What is everyone's thoughts?
I never saw glue on a core before. It may have been a random drip from a bottle of glue where he stored it or maybe original buyer didn't like the bent fins.
Some bent fins are normal from handling. My first intercooler from WBS years ago was shipped loose in a box with all the other parts. There was some packing paper and a lot of bent fins.
It looks like the water channel isn't damaged but that's tuff to tell from pictures.
