Phenolic Intercooler for your Gen3/Gen5 M90, L67/L32 3800's - LOOK INSIDE

I've been thinking about installing an air temperature gauge post intercooler in the lower intake manifold. I'm looking for a kit that will have the sensor, wiring and display unit, preferably in a 2 1/16" size. I looked on autometers website and didn't see any specific air temp gauges, but maybe something else would work?

You could get the aeroforce interceptor scan gauge for like $220 and it does a ton more than just the post intercooler air intake temp that your looking for. But for that to work you need to buy the extra kit on the aeroforce site https://mail.google.com/mail/?ui=2&i...&sz=w1890-h768 This is what comes in it, I think its like $60. This is mine for my aero but haven't had a chance to install it yet. I want to do the same thing as you but am just to busy recently to get it finished.

Interested in what you have come up with since 2011 on the intercooler. Still selling? I am guessing fuel rails will be needed considering the higher height. Looking for a packaged deal.

Yes. What do you need? Gen 3 or 5?

Gen v with four nozzle locations for meth injection if u do that

Gen 5 1" would be $160 shipped USA.

Never done meth injection, don't have the components or an engine to figure out location and clearances.

you could do it yourself, it would be easy to pick 4 spots on the spacer for the injectors. personally, if I was going to do a direct port meth injection, I would do all 6, and I would do it one injector in each runner in the lower intake manifold, or in the spacer directly above each runner. otherwise, I would just do a throttle body spacer with the injector there.

on a different topic, I installed a coolant temperature gauge with the sensor in the front mount heat exchanger. the lowest temperature of the gauge is 100 degrees F. so far, after a couple days of driving the temperature gauge hasn't gone above 100. so either the gauge isn't working properly, or the intercooler is doing a very good job.

I was wondering if you ever got that finished. I'm not sure if a coolant temp gauge works the same way as a air temp gauge. I would think the coolant temp gauge needs to have liquid on it and are less sensitive to temp change.

I'm interested in an L67 to GenV TB adaptor.
