I'm looking this up as well, but this should work on a 2002 Ssei, correct? If it does I'll take it.

I'm not sure without doing some research, but I would think so. I would think everything with the engine would be the same, I'd double check the transmission final gear ratio. This would be setup for a 2.93 final drive. Just let me know.
