It's essentially just a "stand-in" for your vehicle. It allows you to connect your laptop/desktop & tuner to the PCM outside/away from your car.

I guess I should google online tuner courses. I really would like to learn about it. I'm out in the woods in TN (not originally from here so that hurts me even more- I don't know people) so it's next to impossible to find anyone within an hour and a half of me that does it. How much do you want for the preface shipped? Also, where do I get a tuner program from? Thanks for all of the info by the way.

It's not just a tuner program you need it's the tuner itself aswell. There are a lot of guides and good info on tuning in the PCM tuning forum here, lots of reading!

Your only real options are a used DHP Tuner from someone on this forum or you could purchase HP Tuners for $500-650.

HP Tuners themselves of course sells it through their website or various places like tuner shops, summit racing etc etc.

@Bake82, I shipped your interface today. Clear some space in your mailbox and I'll send you the deets...

Thanks brother! Glad you like. Now you can tune from the comfort and warmth of your sofa!

Got one more ready to go...

I guess I can do 04+ versions also. Just need to make a trip to the junkyard for the PCM ends. Assuming there's a demand.
