Thread: 04+ Gauge Cluster - Blue Raspberry LED mod (price drop)

This is the JY unit I picked up as a backup. Came from an 04 that had 160k. I modded the lighting as shown. All other indicators are stock colors. EDIT: This is from a CompG and will have the yellow upshift light for TapShift. If your car isn't equipped, it stays dark.

There are light scratches pictured. There are products to remove these that I don't have. They should show clearly in the pictures, but are less noticeable from the driver's seat. It's only four plastic tabs to switch out the glass if yours is in better shape.

Price is now $80 for Blue Raspberry, offers still ok. Paypal preferred, includes shipping to the 48. The Blue Raspberry LED lighting can be changed to Graduated Cyan instead for an additional $20.

Closeup. The colors shift from red/purple/pink/blue around 20mph and 120mph, 1,000rpm, and first hash/symbol on the temp gauge.

Yep. That's how to do it. I still may do a proper write up.

I'm gonna drop the price soon when I have more immediate time to ship. I don't want it just laying around after the move. Stay tuned!

Edit: I'm already tired of looking at it sitting here. I'm looking to get my money back outta this thing. I can send it as is for $80 or Cyan for $100 shipped. Graduated Cyan will delay shipping about a day.

i kinda like the look....the blue is the same as the backlight in my Jetta....nothing wrong with my cluster at the moment however....and my wife drives my Prix....
