So, the vehicles it's unlocked for are just those VINs, not the whole year, correct? Also, how many credits does it have left?

Correct, those are all single vehicle license that were unlocked.

They would do the new owner no good, so it really doesn't even matter that they are unlocked unless you owned one of those vehicles.

That's what I figured, and why I asked how many credits it comes with, lol.

No credits currently unused on account Credits are obtained for $50 each. 3800s cost 2 credits. for 3 more credits the the following are fully unlocked. 2000 gp, 99 regal, 02 gp, 04 gp is 2 credits. and im pretty sure there is a full 3800 unlock with a certain ammount and current 3800 credits work toward it.

So actually the $1100 worth of credits is actually useful to the new owner to unlock full years.

Do you know how many more credits it would take to unlock all 3800s? Is there an info tread somewhere about doing that? Since a new HPT is $500 with 8 credits (like having $400 of credits and $100 for the tuner stuff itself) just seeing if this is a cost-effective option for me.
