Wow, massive issues with ups. Initially I was slow to send it out, so I included extra items (master cyl and brand new valve cover gasket) as an apology. Burman Contacted me on may 18th he still didn't have the stuff. Told him I'd find out what the hell was going on (mind you I didn't wanna use ups again but FedEx said his address wasn't avaliable for ground, and there were issues with the heads, they arrived to the fella box looked like it was shipped to the middle east first, it was bad, still waiting on the claim on that, they assured me it wouldn't happen again)
Well aparently my follow up via tapatalk didn't post in our messages cause I just looked (it actually just notified me of these replies, and I didn't know (not an excuse I know completely on me)
I'm heading to ups tomarrow and hopefully get the answers I want.
Here was what happened, tracking number was invalud, had nothing, went to ups and inquired, they said the package had been cancelled, it wasnt, manager found my package in the back "tucked" away as they put n it, box open and slip removed. Upon inspection found the valve cover gaskets were gone, I had all the proof I needed as I ran out of packing tape, so the guy who is usually working when I drop off taped it and saw the gaskets In there and he verified it, APARENTLY while being investigated it can't be shipped.
I am completely beyond embarrassed by this, I'm adding a few more parts to it when they release it, I'm hoping tomarrow, I'm also putting MY valve cover gaskets I just bought in it aswell (guess my new zzp parts will wait)
And if he wants one more item posted I'll send that (would be a week or 2) for that additional item.
This is a joke, if it's not resolved by Friday I told him I would refund him, and if that's the case I'll just send out the parts anyway as i (at least hope) ups will foot the bill on their massive screwup, and then it's whatever he can send whatever payment he feels necessary at thay time.
I can't apologize enough for this.
