I finished my top swap and sd headers install and checked all the Vacuum Lines and they all seem okay. Car is still giving half bars of boost and my throttle response is not like it was. Dies at Idle when in park. I know my o2 sensor was pretty bent closed when I put it in and just said screw it and did it anyways. Could that be the issue?

did you beat the fire wall to clear the o2 sensor? if not and its bent it maybe bad.

    any codes or pending codes?

    plug wires on right?

^^^ yup had to beat the crap out of the firewall to get the o2 sensor to clear the fw. If you are top swapping I assume you at least have a scanner?

it could but it sounds more like a vac leak. you spray carb cleaner at the lines lim blower and tb gasket?

i bent mine pretty good from not hammering the firewall. its kinda hard to hammer the firewall headers in unless you have a air hammer.

i moved my o2 to the back of the cross over pipe. and it took a dump shortly afterwards. from being bent is my guess, as it was brand new when it got bent. but it also set a code telling me it was slow.

the idle surge? how much rpm is it jumping? like 500 rpm and sounds like its got the most bad ass cam ever installed? if so thats a huge vac leak. like the evap is off the tb big.

Okay new o2 sensor in. Not surging. Low boost still. Looks like coolant is leaking from the pulley side of the Intake manifold. bolts are tight. I want to pull my hair out

oh, headers just installed? on a top swap should be around 6 psi on a stock pulley.

But the unit is only showing the bars going half way up on the boost meter. It can't even spin the tires. I have to look more tomorrow

Zzp 1.0 pcm. Started with an l67 then broke a connecting rod so I got a NA block and switched everything over.i think where it's leaking coolant from the intake that's where my vac leak is which is stopping my sc from full boost. Is that possible? Maybe just rtv red silicone the whole thing from the outside where it's leaking. I took it off once already
