I installed new spark plugs and wires gapped at about .60 and now my cat starts harder is it because I put in AL 605,s and there. Colder causing a harder spark ?

Likely not the reason, prehaps you knocked a vacuum line lose or bumped a sensor.

Running 605's over stock plugs will have nothing to do with its hard starting.

So the plugs need to like "break in" ? But once the car starts it runs great actually better. I just went with basic life time warranty wires were there was ac delco premium wires on it previously

No "break in" periods on spark plugs, they will work no matter what if everything is hooked up correctly.

Something else is the problem, vacuum leak, sensor or maybe even the fuel pressure regulator took and dump.
