Yes get SD's. Yes replace flex w/ ZZP 3" one. Yes they cut old flex pipe out and weld in new one and don't use the crappy clamps they come with get napa easy seal clamps.

Just a heads up next time is the search feature (top of page) pet peeve of a lot of us when threads are made on same common subjects

That's a shop for you. Always trying to get over on the customers! The ones that pay that kind of price I can ensure you don't drive Grand Prixs lol and probably have money to burn.

Good headers for the price. I am still rocking the flex that came with them and no leaks i can tell. You'll need 2 2.25" exhaust band clamps and 2 3"
    98 GTP modded 1.9's, sd headers, 3.4", zzp 1.0 230K miles scrapped.

I literally just got a set of the speed daddy's. Other than not receiving any clamps and the crossover pipe didn't fit properly.. Had to grind the entire diameter of the pipe because it wasn't flanged right.

I opted to NOT do a different flex pipe per bills recommendation and the one it came with looks good and doesn't make any noticeable extra noise at least to me. It's easy enough later to unbolt the pipe from the header and have a new one welded In if you'd like.

I bought 2- 3" and 2 - 2 1/4" seal style clamps because I did have issues on a previous grand prix where the ssautochrome set I bought leaked with the u bolt style clamps on the front header. At the time my solution was to just double up the u bolts which worked fine.
