    3" collector yes, 3" primaries or piping besides the collector, no.

    1 7/8" primaries with a 3" collector. most of the brands being sold now have these specs because no one can market a smaller primary header because no one would buy it, even if it would make their car run better with smaller primaries.

    why are you trying to go so big? it looks as though you havent even delved into the motor and youre already trying to outflow what your motor is capable of.

    im getting ready to do my whole exhaust but need headers! cause no kit comes with them. what else would u recommend that i do before i get them?

    you dont need anything, but headers. the catback will net you zero horsepower gain, no matter how ugly sounding and free flowing it is. leave it alone.
