Did you guys see it not run on the 98 but run on the Vett because that is weird to me that a vett ecu would work
Most of the pinouts are usually pretty common among the cars.
I'd think crank sensor as well. PCM is not a common issue for the occasional stall.
Technicality..
GM started calling it PCM around 96 for Powertrain Control Module
Previous to that they called it ECU for something like Engine Control Unit
I guess the electronic trans control gave them a reason to rename it.. either way though, it's still a computer that makes the car run.![]()
