It will eventually degrade your paint if you keep using it. Clay bars work good but put very very fine scratches in your clearcoat. Same thing, use it as little as possible. Wax is the best thing I know to do to make it not stick to your car as bad.
Dryer sheets do wonders as I have come to find out. Work great on bugs to.
