    I cannot get the E-Brake line off of the caliper, ive gone underneath loosened the wire and still nothing... it is just starting to piss me off at this point, anyone that knows an easy way to do this would be greatly appreciated

    Does it see like the cable is not moving in the sheath? If so.. cut it and buy a new cable, they are about $20-$30 each side.

    I believe you have to undo it nearly 100% to get enough slack to sneak it out of the caliper.
    I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.

    pry the e-brake lever back , it is probably froze.
    Also you have to loosen the cable in the middle a long way.
