My GP 2008 needs new front brake pads and rotors, I usually go with the quiet thermal pads from my local store but now I want to get something else from Amazon.ca as I am located in Canada. Looking to see what other people have used for good performance and braking power.

    Thanks

    Powerstops are decent.

The set on my truck don't have any dust problems.

I have used R1 Concepts on my last couple of vehicles. Love them every time. Add in the ceramic posi quiet pads and life is good.

Is it worth getting the Drilled Slotted rotors? Is this decent http://www.amazon.com/R1-Concepts-KE...AAZ5F8Y2OJVX1W

After doing research, you will get better performance out of non drilled and non slotted. I ended up with slotted this time and can't tell the difference from non slotted to slotted.

I have never been able to figure out how people come up with this. Lighter and cooler = better overall performance
2004 Comp G "The Panda"- low, e85, big brakes SOLD
2002 Trans Am- 6 speed, bolt ons or something, it's slow.
2006 Silverado- forged ls2, 4l80e, plate kit, also slow...
