    Does anyone know the spec (if there is one) for the struts where they meet the knuckle??

    According to Chilton's. I just hit it like a lug nut, its a splined bolt.

    I gunned em, then went back over them with a breaker bar. guttentite works for me.

    The literature with the strut says 134 ftlbs.
