Screw you ahole.. I think you got plenty of help here.
1. You were helped to determine which side it was
2. You were told it's very uncommon and to look at the alignment of the front bracket
3. You admitted you were the idiot that over tightened it and broke it. (A feat that even with an air gun I was not able to do)
4. You were told which bracket was better, but ... most don't have the part number. Get on a GM parts site and find it.. Stop being so damn lazy.
