Hi everyone. I am having an issue with a thumping noise and vibration coming from what I believe to be the front passenger side wheel. The vibration can be felt from about 35 mph+ and is worst at about 75 mph (which is annoying because I have a highway commute). I can hear the "thumping" sound coming from the front end and can feel it pretty violently through the steering wheel. I checked my tire--it's not cupped at all. Additionally, I had both front wheel bearings replaced about 4 months ago, so I doubt it's that. The car also, left to its own devices, pulls slightly to the left. It's not bad, but when I have to adjust the steering accordingly (i.e. countersteer about 5 degrees to the right) the vibration gets worse. Any suggestions?

Kinda sounds like a seperated tire to me.

But I'd have to see it in person to really know what it is.

Is there a way I could diagnose a separated tire? Other than just getting them rotated and seeing if the sound moves?

I would double check the hubs even tho they are new because they may be defective and like FFDP said maybe it's a belt shift/separation. This is one of those things that require physical inspection. You could try to post some pics and maybe we can see something.

Start small and rotate the tires

Sounds like a hub to me. My drivers side was doing this and when I went to change it, it came out in 2 peices.
