okay guy got a 98 gp se, working on a budget, what springs would you all suggest? the car is my dd, im looking at zzp (i know to get the anti pogo washers, shorther wishbones etc) and gmpp sway bars, would this be a good set up? and im looking at kyb adjustable shocks but is the a cheaper option? or what set up should i get? also i note my 3 month old daughter will be rideing in it so dont want to feel like im on heated/cut springs lol been there and done that with a 240sx and hit the roof more times then i could count

The KYB Gr2 are a cheaper optiom many use for struts

As for front sway bars get a dorman one, its cheaper and better than the gmpp bar.

Springs depends on how low you want to go we should have a sticky that shows cars with different spring setups, and i would use mount spacers over shorter dogbones.

Look at this thread, http://www.grandprixforums.net/threa...k-in-here!!,it shows different brands of springs on cars. Like Russ said there are the Gr2's and they work great for me with B&G's. They are a little rougher than OE springs but not back breaking and give a great stance. Also do not get the shorter dog bones get the mount spacers, work much better for correcting the axle geometry.

I've had the GR2's on Vogtlands for 90K and they are still fantastic. Meanwhile friends with AGX's seem to have failures. And there is a thread here where someone called KYB and their tech said the gr2 was better suited to lowering. I believe it has more travel available.

For anti pogo's.. take an 18mm socket and breaker bar to a JY. Get rear subframe washers from a W body, that's the same thing ZZP is going to sell you. Bet the JY is better for your budget.
I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.
