That would involve finding a bigger banjo bolt, and bigger brake lines. Not sure about the logistics of that, probably easier to get new calipers.Originally Posted by lewis1952
I emailed them and let them know the situation but I assume I'm SOL because it's not a defect even though I followed the included warning to torque them to my manufacturers specs.
Looks like helicoil isn't the best idea. Time-serts are, but that kit is $86, worth it for an engine block, not for a $100 set of calipers.
