Ughhhh.... here we go again
If you look hard enough on ebay, you can get fbodies for 50 bucks a pair, used....obviously.
Since the fbody brackets use an M12 bolt, you need to work around that. My preferred method is to drill and tap the brackets for an M14x2 bolt that the wbodies use. I've drilled and tapped about 6 sets so far and they have worked flawlessly. So if you go that route, and you need it done, any machine shop can do it, or get ahold of me and we can work something out to where I'll get it done and have them back asap to you.
Rotor and pad wise, it's your call. Centric rotors from rock auto are a good choice. Not too expensive and they get the job done. You'll need the fbody rotors, and before you question the bolt pattern difference, the holes in the rotors are large enough to make up the slack of the few mm dia difference. The stock replacement rotors for the fbodies are also the same part number as impala rotors.
Like Bill said, with the fbodies, you need to install them opposite of the fbody cars so the bleeders are on the top, (air goes up, not down)
