Alright this is wierd... Last night driving along the QEW coming home doing about a buck 40 in the fast lane when all of a sudden the car started pulling to the right... I ignored for a few minutes, figured it to be bad slant in road, but eventually went into the centre lane, still did it, then exit lane and still did it, so then pulled over, figured had a flat coming on... "NO" no flat, in fact even the rotor was not hot, well a bit, but not scorching!

I took off, put on the 4-ways and hit the cruise at 85 klicks, that's about 55mph for our US friends Hit the Brantford area, got off freeway, now on side roads coming home, at 40 klicks it has a wee bit of a bounce, and turning right a crunching sound... that tells me the cv axle is going, but it was just put on last thursday, brand new and by a garage??? I"m curious, is it posible it's the cv axle?

    or something else?

It's my 97 GTP coup OEM sitting at 225,886 kms with 18inch low profiles on her.

Maybe the shop effed up the install - take tire off & have a look at the axle nut & everything else

Well ... took tire off, I'm looking at the CV axle and looks fine... put tire back on, hood was open and I looked down at the axle and it looks like a "V" or aimed down to the ground on the engine side, and then back up to the wheel bearing!

There is a brand new engine mount, what I'm guessing is ... "wrong mount"? as in not high enough, cause I now look at the wishbones and they both aim to the passenger side with a slight downward appearance....
