Rear stabilizer is the rear sway bar.
Decent directions. Again, I suggest that you do the pivot bolts hand tight, then the ball joint to full spec, compress to ride height with a floor jack, and then tighten the pivot bolts to specs. This is a general rule for most of the pivot bolts in your suspension.
