Every few weeks I got to top off my brake fluid. All the wheels are try, none of the rubber seems to be leaking. Leaves the master cylinder right? Little rust on the booster under the master cylinder as well so thats another sign. Doesn't seem like a hard job, just un hook the rod from the back of the pedal, take off the 2 lines, and un do the 2 bolts right? My question is when it comes to bleeding, i always hear nightmare stories about people bleeding ABS, is any of that true? Was gonna use this as an excuse to pick up a fancy bleeder like this Brake Bleeder Tool V-12 DIY. Also when I check on rockauto I see some cheapo ones for 35 bucks where I reuse the reservoir. Anything wrong with them?

Also as a sub question, will 04+ rotor and pads fit my 03 GT?

If you don't have moisture, you don't have a leak there.
I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.

Well under the cylinder is rusted and looks kinda wet, since brake fluid eats paint I figured it ate the paint on the booster as it ran down and made it rust. Figure while I have the cylinder off ill hit it with some spray paint to keep it from rusting out.

Are there any small wet spots under the car? More specifically toward the rear? You could have a leak at one of the rear proportioning valves. Happened to me and I had to add brake fluid about once a month. As for your other question you'll need 04+ front calipers and brackets since the rotors are bigger.
