Ever since I got my motor back together, I've been having a pop in (what feels like) my suspension upon acceleration. It only does it after I've come to a complete stop or if I hit the brakes hard while rolling, then accelerate again. I've checked and re-checked my cradle bolts and the strut mount bolts. Everything I took apart this last build was checked and re-torqued if needed. I've also noticed that the noise occurs when pulling into my driveway, which is at about a 30* angle from the road. What's left to make the sound? I am missing a spring isolator, but that's been gone for a while, now.

That's correct. Before the rebuild, there was no notable suspension noise.

I wish I could help from here, but that could be sooooo many things. strut spring out of cradle, axle, brakes, engine/trans mounts etc, If you need someone to help you listen and look I would be glad to head up there, my next day off is this friday. pm me if so.

I was able to replicate it today. I stopped on an incline and set the p-brake, then gave it gas and it popped. When I let off and gassed it again, it popped again. I'm going to get someone to do that and I'll do a walk-around and see if I can narrow down what area the noise is coming from.

How would I go about replacing the bushing if that is my problem?

I believe they have to be pressed out and back in. You can check with Farns, he's done it before I believe and has all the part numbers.
