grab the bottom with a pair of vise grips if you have already rounded it off then take the nut off with an 18mm wrench.

the bottom of it should be like 10mm or 8mm so you can put a wrench on the tie rod stud and on the nut.

ifly, to get the bolt out of the hub, use this. Buy Irwin Expansion 5 Pc Set Pliers 394002 at Advance Auto Parts
it's a bolt grip, it'll grab that bolt and take that sucker right out.

as for the tie rod, get some vice grips and get a good grip on it and get that nut off.

if nothing else you could cut the tie rod end off and just get a new one.

    JB Weld.
Irridium spark plugs last 100k mi and work just as well as copper. Copper is a waste on N/A and only lasts 15k mi. Don't use Platinum.
Use 195* tstat unless you can thoroughly explain why not; 99.9% don't need a lower temp.
Almost any oil filter, ever, is of higher quality than ACDelco. Spend $6+.

tighten it back up and start over, (not kidding) sometimes it works, some times it dont. after you get the nut off whack it with a hammer on the side to pop it loose from the knuckle.

for the tie rod bolt I'm gonna try what this guy did 1997-2003 Grand Prix Outer Tie Rod End Replacement - Automotive Forums .com Car Chat

I'm also gonna try those sockets again with the axle out of the way its a lot better angle.

If you can cut the tie rod, then likely you can cut the head off the hub bolt that you are trying to get off. Just saying, maybe the answer to your problem is easier than trying to get the tie rod end off.
I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.

OK so I have now gotten the hub off the knuckle and I'm at the point where I'm trying to put the drivers side axle into the transmission and know matter what I can't get it to slide into the transmission.

If its like any other FWD axle with a circlip it needs to be POPPED into place. It wont just slide into place.
