first things first: your wheels are too big/have too much poke for lowering the car without rubbing issues. you are going to have to roll your fenders because a 19x10 (essentially with your spacers) is HUGE. a lot of us can guide you through that as well, but it's something you need to know about ahead of time.

the lower spring thing. SSC are a good choice for the 04+ crowd. many are happy with that set of springs. you can run them on stock struts, but they won't last forever. you aren't going to blow them out in 10k miles, but they won't last 50k like they are supposed to. if they have some mileage on them now go ahead and build a spring/strut package off the car, then swap everything over. this will save you time with having to disassemble your current stuff and put it back together.

the pogo washers are a nice thought, but sometimes not really necessary.
