Hey guys sorry if this is kind if off topic, but does anyone know if the mounting points for the caliper the same in the n-body knuckles? In other words do the w-body's share the same caliper and bracket as the n-body's? Thanks in advance!

So unless I missed it, Do the 6 piston brembos bolt right up in the front, along with a 15" rotor??

Yes they are the same bolt pattern for the caliper to the steering knuckle. the rotor is a 14.6" not a 15. only thing you'll need to do is put some very thin washers between the caliper and knuckle to space it so it sits even between the rotor.

Does anyone know if any other front brake lines work with these calipers? Would the CTS-V line work? GXP?

I _HATE_ ZZP products, I will not give them another dime for sub-standard garbage. Rather keep it OEM somehow...

    Thanks!

Appreciate the offer, will keep it in mind if I become desperate. But, back to the question, any other line work? Anyone have the actual length of the ZZP "longer" line? I "had" the original set before I did GXP swap but never took measurements.

    Thanks!

Thanks, I'm sure it'll help someone out there. I'm still on the fence doing this swap... The GXP brakes can nose the dive the car HARD and are perfectly fine. The "mod" bug is itching and this looks nice, but I'm still weary on the additional weight and possibly experiencing even more nose squat on emergency stops. Rear-end gets really squirrely as it is even with the GXP rears. Again, much thanks to everyone contributing to this thread, it's a really interesting read!

    19 inches whole assembly

    18 inches rubber to rubber

50 shipped if you want em.

These help substantially with the spongy feel the stock rubber lines have. These stiffen up the lines a lot and you can definitely feel and tell. Also for making the Ctsv fit since the stocks are just too short.

    Wow they are pretty rusty.

Incidentally, it is the reverse on the Saab's, guys have installed braided lines and the pedal feel actually got worse.

Damnir, you can get someone to make you a set of custom lines, either a local hydraulics place or online.

Update on the swap....been 10 months of driving on the front and rear brake swap, overall impression, these brakes top anything I've ever had on this car from the Intrigue 12" to F-body upgrade, to full GXP swap, I have done them all. No brake fade experienced, initial bite is amazing, front and rear ballance is supperb, only down side so far has beed the excessive brake dust build up on the rims due to factory pads but I can live with that. I'm glad I did the conversion.
Now for the bad news, after discussing with the lawyer, it is too big a risk and liability for me to sell the brackets for the rear conversion and will not be offering them, but I may still offer all the design specs to have the machined in a CAD pdf form, so thats still on the table. Second< I never did come up with a viable parking braks solution either, so no functional paking brake for the rears. So there you have it, It is a pricey swap/conversion but the rarity and "WOW" factor are awesome....Now my mind is realling on how to try the ZR1 front rotors due to procuring a set of free front rotors from one with only 4800 miles.

ya i understande about the liability factor with producing the brackets.. but I would be interested in the CAD pdf so i can machine some myself!

The g8 guys needed to make brackets for their rears also. I have a set, I wonder if they'd be the same for the grand prixs. But anyways, they made them and sold them on this platform without any issues.

Here's the pdf file for it in the bottom of the first post. I bought mine off a Budd near me. Squash is no longer producing them, there is someone else but I never payed attention to who it was since I already have a set.

I tried to open it, I think it needs to be on a computer or some specific type. Scroll thru all the pages if possible n check it out.

Here's a guy that used to make them as well after, idk if he still does or not. But I know there's another person who does too. Idk his exact name and email though.
