I had the same problem... I was bleeding in this order... right rear, left rear, right front, left front and Kept getting a hard pedal until I started it up... Under alldata it claims to bleed in this order...

Right Rear, Left Front, Left Rear, Right Front

I did it that way and I now have a nice stiff pedal....

Give that a try.
