just another option.. if you replace the front... do the back... you will thank me later.

I swapped my stock sway bar out for a GMPP one and didn't have to lower the cradle. It will come out.

You don't have to drop the subframe. It's just easier if your do. Taking out\off the old swaybar is tons easier than putting it back in.

Take off both front wheels and undo the 4 15mm bolts on top of the cradle, undo both the bolts on the A Arm. Take out sway bar, replace in opposite order. Use anti sease on the bolts on the cradle. They are a ***** otherwise.

Time is a factor here, the car needs to be fixed by the end of the week and will be going to live far away for a long time.

I've feeling any sway bar is better than a broken one... I'm also concerned about running into complications dropping the subframe.

Thats why is says GM List price.

You dont have to drop the sub-frame to swap. Taking of one tie will make easier to install, but you do not have to drop the sub frame.

The dorman bars are a lot better than stock, yes they have a kit with new bushings links and hardware. That is how we always do them at work.
