take off your rotors and have them turned. if you want, you can replace the pads as well. I had the same problem, the rotors measured fine, but i had them turned anyway and it fixed the issue.

This is because you exceeded the heat range of your pads.

If you just rebedded them again it would have only cost you time and gas.

Aside from bad rotos, I've experienced something similar with a little air in my brakelines that needed a good bleed.
