    its possible that they could have. Sometimes the rear brakes will be warped and it will feel like it is coming from the front of the car.

    I just saw that my RR rotor has lines in it from being warped. I will be replaceing both rears sometime this summer.

    Generally, you will feel front brake pulsation more in the steering wheel and rear brake pulsation more in the seat. It is definitely possible to need to the brakes after 30K. I have owned several GM's and have never been impressed with the stock pads and rotors.
