Need a little help.....2007 GP GT I replaced both front Hubs saturday the right one was seized up would not move the left side was able to move just not well. Install went fine, but when i pulled out of the drive way the lights kicked back on again. I rechecked the plugs everything there was fine. I put the car up on stands and put it in drive, the left side spun freely but the right was studdering and then the abs/ trac light when off again. with the right side being seized up could it break something in the transmission??? i am at a loss right now

I have the same problem just replaced my steering rack and both my stability and traction control lights are coming on sayin they need service not sure what is going. Do we have to do something to remove that when work is done ?

if the light were off then you did the rack and the lights came on, i'd say you may have pulled a wire off from one of the hubs or in the harness, i'd start with checking your plugs at the front hubs.

well this is the weird part when i first turn the car on it is fine when i start to drive it thats when the message comes on saying Traction control off service required and then after that it says Stability control off service needed. This is so freaking weird. I check all my cabling and it doesn't seem like it is unhooked.

try pulling the plugs off and cleaning them up with some electrical parts cleaner and hit them up with some di electrical grease.

odd part for me was i did a power steering pump and my abs light went off, my guess is that i leaned on the wiring at some point. and i was thinking pass side front hub because it has more play in it than the other 3 hubs.

then i did my rack and my trans started shifting much better. these cars are funny little characters.

I will say my abs light come on once and it kind of freak me out cause i know that aint cheap. I have to say since i did my rack my car feels a lot better also in the shifting department will do the electrical parts cleaner and the di electrical grease. And when you say this cars are funny you mean they are wakkos when it comes to one problem might not even be that problem it might be something tiny. hah

So I have been searching the net like crazy looking to see what can be done with this issue, from what i have notice a lot of people that do something that is part of the driving part of the car they will get this message about TC and STS, many things seem to cause the sensors to be wacky for example wheel hub, Steering rack, lifting the car to check something, sneezing, looking at it haha, so what i have decided to do is take my car to get align to see if this fixes any of the issues that pop out when the replacement happen. I will keep you guys posted, and if any other guys have been through this and have solved the issue please let me and Rocko48346 what we can try to fix it.

I have the same issue. Some times it comes on a lot then sometimes it does not... Have you found any luck on what it may be? I also just started getting check engine light. Damn car only has 74000 on it and I want to drive it into a wall.

OK little update, so I have checked everything in the my wires, wire connection, fuses, resistors, reset the computer and nothing. This car is going to be the end of me, I am going to buy the wheel sensor harness and see if that does any difference in this situation. This is not fun what so ever I have been checking online and no one seems to have the answer to this problem.

Try finding someone that can use a scan tool to pull the codes for you. It has to be able to read ABS codes, as a regular scan tool will not be able to access them. Then you can troubleshoot from there.
