Thread: 97-98 struts vs 99-03 struts

Is there a difference in the structs for these years? Cause on eBay and amazon they have them listed 97-98 and 99-03 specific? Whats the diference? If there is one. I always thought there wasnt, but when i went to order some there making it seem like there is. Whats the deal?

Also noticed different KYB part numbers on 97-98 and the 99-03....?

according to Monroes sites shows all years 97-03 the same but the fronts are different from the rears

95% sure they are exactly the same.

See i was thinking the same thing as you guys, but when i looked them up on ebay to buy a guy had a set of 4 listed for 97-98 and then 99-03, and there was a pretty decent price diffence between the two sets. so it got me thinking that maybe there was a difference in the years.
