Hey guys, I've got a 99 GT and it has developed a slight rubbing or grinding noise when the steering wheel is turned slightly to the left. It is slowly becoming more noticeable but I can't find the culprit. The car does not make the noise when actually turing a corner, but when going down the interstate and the wheel is turned slightly to adjust within a lane. Checked the fluid and such and it's all good. Any ideas?

Hmm, didn't think of that but it's entirely possible.

Yup that sounds right, jack you car up and check for play in the bearings and tie rods. bearings will be up and down, tie rods will be left to right. There should be no play in either.
